As our Enterprise Hub continues to grow, we’re looking for an inspiring Development Lead – Enterprise to shape our enterprise offer and help the next generation of entrepreneurs turn ambition into action.
About the Role
As our Development Lead – Enterprise, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of Spark’s Enterprise Hub, overseeing innovative programmes that help young people explore entrepreneurship, develop practical business skills and build confidence in their ideas. Alongside supporting young entrepreneurs through workshops and mentoring, you’ll build partnerships with businesses, universities and community organisations, while leading a small team to deliver high-quality, youth-led programmes.
