Spark is a youth-led movement that empowers young people to take charge of their futures through innovative, hands-on programmes in careers and enterprise. By amplifying their talents and voices, we connect young people with local businesses and community leaders, creating pathways to success and driving meaningful change.
We are a multi award winning not-for-profit organisation with a mission to ignite potential and transform communities across the Liverpool City Region, ensuring that every young person has the opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact.

I was struggling with a lot of things in life, I had to go to Universal Credit, who transferred me to Spark. I have struggled with ADHD and dyslexia alongside other mental health problems, but Spark has helped me through that, and now I am the happiest I have been in a very long time.
Before attending Spark I struggled with my personal direction regarding possible lifetime roles - I felt like I was at a crossroads. Now, starting a new job I genuinely feel I have the confidence and determination to make something of myself!
The Business Bootcamp programme has built my confidence and made my goals seem realistic. It's a community of like minded individuals who push each other to succeed.
Working with Spark was good for me, as the team were very relaxed and knew what they were talking about. It was nice to work with people who were friendly. I would highly recommend Spark to others as they are not just welcoming, and professional, they are genuinely interested in helping to bring the best version of you out.
