About the Role
As our Development Officer – Employability, you’ll work directly with young people, providing personalised one-to-one support alongside engaging workshops, employer activities and outreach across the community. You’ll build strong relationships with employers and partners, helping create real opportunities while supporting young people to achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes.
