Our Youth Enterprise Hub provides a collection of development opportunities that empower young people with entrepreneurial aspirations to explore the possibilities of running a business.
An enriching environment with an encouragement of personal development, confidence boosting, and upskilling, our Hub creates catalyst for enterprise that allows business-minded young people to make informed decisions and progressions within entrepreneurship and commerce.
Our enterprise programmes range from 6 weeks to 6 months depending on ability and level of business knowledge – providing opportunities for all young people to explore enterprise and entrepreneurship as a viable career pathway, no matter their circumstances.
Pathway to Enterprise
Aimed at 16-30 year olds who are disengaged from traditional academic pathways, but have an interest in entrepreneurship and want to develop their business ideas.
When: 2 Day Workshop Ran Quarterly (10am-4pm)
Pathway to Enterprise is a fast-paced, 3-week programme designed for young people aged 16-30 who have a business mindset and creative ideas but may feel disconnected from traditional education. In this intensive course, participants will work in teams to develop unique business concepts, build their brand, create a budget, and prepare to pitch their ideas to a panel. With hands-on workshops, peer mentorship, and real-world business challenges, this programme equips young people with the essential entrepreneurial skills needed to take their first steps into the world of business.
Boss Your Business
Tailored to 19+ year olds, who want to explore business or have a business idea they want to turn into a structured and validated concept
When: 6 Week Workshop (9:30am-4pm, 4 Days Per Week)
Boss Your Business is a six-week foundational programme designed for young aspiring entrepreneurs aged 19 and above, who are looking to validate, structure, and develop their business ideas into clear, actionable concepts.
Aligned with the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Creating a Business Start-Up in partnership with The Learning Foundry, this programme guides participants through essential steps, from understanding market opportunities to navigating legal and financial considerations.
Business Bootcamp
Aimed at young people aged 16-30, who have a business concept/idea.
When: 6 Month Workshop Ran Annually (10am-4pm, 2 Days Per Week)
The Business Bootcamp is a transformative programme aimed at young, disadvantaged entrepreneurs aged 16-30. This six-month incubator equips young people with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to develop their business ideas into thriving ventures.
Through practical workshops, expert mentorship, and real-world challenges, young people will create a business plan, develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and master the art of pitching to investors. Our bootcamp covers a wide range of entrepreneurial skills, from branding and marketing to legal structures and financial management, empowering young people to succeed in the competitive business world.
We don’t do cookie-cutter solutions – this bootcamp is about pushing boundaries, tackling real-world challenges, and giving young people the tools and support needed to build something truly extraordinary.
